Our Griffons deserved this year all our attentions.

And results have arrived accordingly.

the three littermates Nichi Guy Laroche, Nichi Galizine, and the Brabançon Nichi Gangsta's Logo are now Italian Champions, and all three have been awarded with the Mediterranean Coast Toy Cup Throphees by the Club Cani Compagnia Italiano (Italian Toy Breeds Club).

and moreover:

Nichi Galizine is FCI Centenary Champion and Europasiegerin -BOB in Dortmund!

Nichi Gangstas Logo is Spanish Champion and  RSCE Centenary Champion in Madrid!

Nichi Glint of Gold is  Best Puppy at  FCI Centenary Championship, at  Europasiegerschau in Dortmund,  and Spanish Centenary Champion in Madrid!

 March 2011 what a great springtime!

Our Brussels Griffon Nichi Guy Laroche, is, to day, the  most  winning Griffon on the italian show rings.

In two months he was awarded with eight CAC, and CACIB  certificates,, resulting always Best of Breed,  and is now waiting to be entered in the last necessary Specialty Show to achieve the Italian Champion Title.

Thanks to the united efforts of Nichi and Gugu' owner,  Luigi, Nichi Guy Laroche will be shown on the most important shows of Europe during the entire 2011.

 Hey, there's somebody special around...

We introduced you, about one year ago, an incredibly interesting griffon litter.

Well, not only the Brussels Griffon male Nichi Guy Laroche is an interesting boy!

His littermate, the red Brabançon Nichi Gangsta's Logo is the most winning dog in his breed with eight CAC and CACIB won to day, and was sevaral times selected among the best of his group.

We thank our friend Luigi for supporting the career of this gorgeous boy!

Sometimes, breeder's  enthusiastic descriptions of their dogs makes other people smile.

 But sometimes, you turn your head and suddenly in a tiny puppy you see the past, the present and the future of a breed.

Many things have changed in the Miniature Schnauzer aspect in the last years. Are we always sure that this was a step forward,  and not the almost total loss of what was so special in this breed? Why are we still calling them "mini" if they are as big as something inbetween Miniatures and Standards, why are we calling them blacks, or black and silver, or pepper and salt, when a unique genetic heritage as the pure schnauzer color is disappearing in dirty and misty tones?

Our Nichi Eternity, (32,5 centimeters at withers, 7 kilograms in weight, head 17 centimeters long, explosive temperament, correct wiry coat, with black and white stripes on every single hair), represents, in her entire being, not the past of the breed, but the correct evolution of what have to be considered the Miniature Schnauzer.

We thank our friend Yves Tonossi, worldwide known breeeder that under the name "de Bacara" produced some of the most important champions, for having decided to dedicate some of his time and experience to this very special girl!!!

Gugu, Nichi Guy Laroche, has debut on the rings collecting the greatest successes, in this second part of 2011.

His titles to day:

Vesuvian Junior Champion, Mediterranean Junior Champion, Italian Juior Champion (Giovane Promessa Enci), BOB at the  Premier Show CCC 2011 (National Specialty of  the Italian Companion Toy Breeds),Top Italian Junior, and, last but not least Bruxelles Winner!!

Santos, our very special Nichi Yves Montand, takes his victory again in Guastalla.

At the Italian Schnauzer and Pinscher Club National Specialty, where he debuted, winning in 2008, where he won again in 2009,  has awarded him  again an  important  prize  in 2011.           He finished Bes Pepper and Salt Standard Schnauzer, Best Standard Schnauzer "All colors" and 3rd Best in Show !!!

So many things happened on this incredible spring.....

"Enhorabuena" is the typical spanish way to say "congratulation".

On may 23, 2010 in Talavera de la Reina, close Madrid in Spain, was held the compulsory show to obtain the Spanish Championship.

Two our representatives were shown obtaining:

Nichi Yves Montand, P&S Standard Schnauzer male CAC, CACIB, Best Male and Best of Bred.

Nichi Yabbadabbadoo, P&S Standard Schnauzer female, CAC, CACIB and Best opposite Sex.

We would like to thank Mrs. Zelica Fon Zidar, President of the Slowenian Schnauzer and Pinscher Club, who preferred our two "kids"!!!!

 May 2010: new pictures of our 2010 Standards!

Our aim is to do our best to select more and more correct, health and typical dogs using our breeding stock.

What se can already see is the correctness of type, the good colors, the typical anatomy, the important heads, the correct bite, the good substance and proportions, but, over all, their temperament!

 June 2010  we have the first babies of Roi Soleil !

We are happy to announce the birth of the first babies out  Nichi Roi Soleil!

 April 2010, Yves Montand is Monaco Champion!

One more confirmation for Nichi Yves Montand:  the austrian judge Horst Kliebenstein has awarded him his second CC for his Monaco Princedom Championship, declaring him as the Best of Breed.     

We would like to deeply thank Gianna and Renzo, who, with  competency,  affection,  and  a delighting  help  are  taking  care  in such  a wonderful  way  of  "Santos", and who  made possible the  achieving of this new important championship title for a "Nichi" dog.

We rarely use superlative adjectives for our puppies.

But the puppies of  Nichi Assault to the Earth, our young Standard Schnauzer stud dog, are really something special!!

The two boys and their four sisters are typical, powerful, well built, and so cute!!!

At the age of three months there's no doubt left about his typical anatomy and his 100% Griffon temperament!!!

Milia Pozzi Tarlarini, known worldwide, breeder with Malya prefix, has departed.

And programs disappear, and projects vanish, and memories fade away.

October 2009 Red Cross Volounteers!

Not only some pretty faces!!

Schnauzers have shown surprising attitudes when used as rescue dogs.

After  Nichi Yabbadabbadoo and Nichi Umbria, now it's time for  Nichi Assault to the earth: first tests passed, let's learn a lot of interesting things!

You already know that our dams are well"in size", according to their official standards. We usually do not have litters composed by a large umber of pippues.

TAN Test in France for Nichi Yves Montand

We drove to Calas Cabries to take part to the temperamental tests organized by the French Schnauzer-Pinscher Club.

On september 19, the President Mrs. Seltz considered as excellent Yves' natural qualities, and declared passed the Tan Test, required for the French Champion Title homologation.

What a satisfactory result we had showing Yves babies at the Italian National Specialty!1

- Nichi Aston Martin, was second in the junior class;

- and his litterbrother Nichi Asimov, was the winner of the junior class, resulted the best junior Standard Schnauzer, and finished Reserve Best junior in Show of the National Specialty!!

June 2009 AAA: Yves Montand !

On a hot summer sunday, we went at the Italian Schnauzer-Pinscher Club National Specialty.

After getting his hips checked for displasia, we got the official result: he is free (A) and he also passed the Italian Schnauzer Club Selection Test (Korung), necessary to complete the requirements for the Italian Champion Title.

In Guastalla, on june 26, under judges Mr Gasco and Mr Accoti for the morphological section, and Mrs Marocchi for the temperamental part, he got the wonderful valuation of A A A.

On sunday the 27th, of june, he got his second Specialty CAC, thus resulting the only Schnauzer able to wind at the National Specialty two times in a row!

After a winter rest, Yves is back on the european rings.

May 2009 new Minis!

We are happy to announce the birth of two  new Pepper & Salt Miniature Schnauzers litters.

Nichi miniature Schnauzers are not only some "pretty faces"! They are also often used to improove other bloodlines: thanks to their genetic inheritances, they are expecially appreciated, besides their anatomy and temperament, for  their size, their coat quality and their correct bite.

 Some of these puppies are reserved for show homes. Enquiries welcome.
