Casa Netzer Kennel owner, known breeder, and histrion, is gone.

We know that some of his beloved dogs were waiting for him, first of all NETZER, the german sheperd he owned the first time we met him.

We are quite sure: he will keep on discussing forever........ of dogs, movement, shows, voyages, women, cars, food.............

Italy, has become this year the first country with an university Degree devoted to the dogs.

The study is dedicated to the dog's breeding, the dog's education, the dog's health, the dog's welfare: it is a full immersion in the canine world.

And Nichi is one of the 260 accepted students .

Passing 13 univesity examinations sustained in 9 months is not everibody's job, and the average vote is 28 on 30

That's the main reason for our temporary absence from show rings:

I went back to school, I did it 230 kilometers far from home, at Pisa' Veterinary Faculty, and as you all know, If I do something I want to do it at my best.

Moreover the Veterinary Faculty of Parma University, started this year with Nichi' help a research program on the movement of the dog:

in some months, the results of the biomechanics tests will also appear on this site.

But Nichi's dogs have not disappeared from shows:

we congratulate, above all, Ranveig and Erik Vestnes:

they are on the way to finish the Norwegian Championship with the Griff Nichi Green Eclipse!

Or as Nichi Vivien Leigh & Nichi Overall Blauklukku, that are spending wonderful times in Iceland at Larusson's home!

The Veterinarian University in Pisa has planned the "Canine" Degree over a 3 years program.

This study opportunity, and the Veterinarian Uiversity of Parma biomechanics searches, ask for all our energy and time:

We had to postpone almost all this year litters: it will probably happend again after our summer puppies, and our home became a "Vet' bookstore".

For the above reasons, we decided to offer some of our most beautiful champions, for a restricted period, at interesting leasing or sale conditions.

My beloved Giant died December 7th.

Nijinsky, thanks to Mrs Pozzi, Malya kennel, lived with us five long, wonderful years, and was 12 years old.

He was the one able to stand close to me, moving away the sadness for the lost of Chuck.

I hoped in vain some years ago, to be unable to cry again for the death of a dog. He will be in our heart forever.

15/12/2003 - Sad news

Our friend Csaba Sandor, from Hungary, well known breeder, and owner of Matraszepe Kennel, died at the age of 35. We are very sad for his wife, Ildiko, and their young daughter Judith, who lost her father. Any words that we can put in mail, or anywhere else are not enough. It's hard to believe that we will miss forever such a young, clever and interesting friend. We still remember the arrival of Csaba and Ildiko to our home. Two young but determined breeders, and we admired their competence, their ideas, and their ability in planning their selection. Years have passed since that moment, and a strong friendship established and grew easily. I still remember

how proud he was, showing me his latest results, his newest champions. We used to meet in all most important shows, and a couple of contacts each year were sufficient to settle our minds on the same interests, on the same targets, on the same "way of life". We want to let his family know that, for what's possible, we are ready to help and comfort, and to support. We only hope there might be some more friends able to help, comfort, and support.

We have had, as so many others, our joys and our disappointments.
We have known Breeders, Exhibitors, simple Fanciers, with which we have shared the great passion for these magnificent Breeds. Their friendship and their respect, is for us a great push to continue this walk, full of beautiful and difficult moments.

Our Magnum came back home after more than two years passed in Indiana: he got his american champion title and he sired a lot of new champions: let's wait for SSCA Stud dog of the year classifications!!!
